# date-firme

> Romanian company data API + MCP server for AI agents. Look up any Romanian company (firma: SRL, SA, ...) by name or CUI/CIF (cod fiscal) and get its profile, yearly financial statements (bilant), a KYB risk score (insolventa, faliment, radiere, inactive at ANAF), CAEN industry benchmarks and administrators. Sources: ONRC (trade register) and ANAF. Pay per call with x402 v2 in USDC on base: no account, no API key.

## Quick start

1. Find the CUI: `GET https://date-firme.dev-box.ro/v1/search?q=dedeman` ($0.002)
2. Check the company: `GET https://date-firme.dev-box.ro/v1/risk/2816464` ($0.02)

An unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (x402 v2, scheme exact). Sign the payment and repeat the same request with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. You are charged only for 2xx responses. CUI accepts an optional RO prefix.
